I Semester Showcase
Almirante Tamandaré
Dorcas held its I Semester Showcase, a moment that crowned months of dedication,
learning and social transformation through music.
Inspired by the 2026 guiding theme — "Through play, care and knowledge, we build our way
of living together!" — the performance brought together around
90 children and teenagers from the brass, flute and choir groups. Each
presentation reflected the technical and artistic development of the participants, as well as the
values of coexistence, discipline and cooperation cultivated throughout the semester.
Held on June 17 at the Centro de Convenções Prefeito Sebastião Natal Colodel in
Almirante Tamandaré, the event stood out not only for the musical quality of the performances, but
also for its strong connection with the community. The participation of students from public
schools broadened the reach of the initiative, reaffirming Dorcas' commitment to democratizing
access to culture and inspiring new horizons for the city's children and young people.

I Semester Showcase
Curitiba
On June 20, it was Curitiba's turn to host the I Semester Showcase. The Auditório
Mário Schoemberger (UNESPAR/EMBAP) welcomed a concert marked by sensitivity, artistic excellence
and emotion.
The repertoire guided the audience through different musical worlds, bringing together
international classics and the richness of Brazilian folklore in beautiful arrangements by Milton
Nascimento. More than a performance, the concert became a gathering of students, educators and
families.
The warm presence of family members gave the event an even more special meaning. With every round
of applause, it became clear that the project's impact goes far beyond the rehearsal rooms: music
strengthens bonds, awakens pride, expands the sense of belonging and transforms not only the lives
of the participants, but also those of their families and the entire community.

Launch
Campaign for the new headquarters and 30th anniversary logo
With joy, we officially launched the video for the Construction Campaign for Dorcas' new
headquarters.
This action also marks the celebration of Dorcas' 30th anniversary, represented by the
commemorative logo created especially for this moment.
