| To think about an effective education strategy in Almirante Tamandaré is a great challenge and responsibility. |

| When we do this in a network, our strength multiplies, and it was what happened through the visit of the Education Secretary Jucie Parreira and the Director of the Education Secretary Robson Costa. Both of them are Education lovers like us and it's great to have them partnering with Dorcas. |

Scout and Senior Section Camp |

| On the 8th and 9th of September, the Senior Branch had activities that challenged and encouraged them to overcome difficulties, whether climbing mountains, sailing, learning about new technologies, camping for several days, going on journeys or learning new skills. |

| On Saturday the 8th, GED (Dorcas Scout Group) Senior Scouts challenged themselves to a 22km walking journey including a hill climb! |
|
| There were hours of fellowship and reflection that will be kept in everyone's memory. |

Wolf Cubs Section
Regional Camp |

| On the 17th and 18th of September we had our eagerly awaited Wolf Cubs Regional Camp! With the theme of Cartoons. |

| The GED Cubs participated, with Cubs from over 7 Scout Groups, in super fun activities! |

| Lots of learning and love involved! Gratitude to God for so many volunteers committed to doing their best for the development of our children! |

| | Children and teenagers mental health is very important to us. |

| During Yellow September, Dorcas Project reinforced the importance of spreading qualified information on suicide prevention and on how to act in case a child or teenager needs support. |

| In recent weeks, phrases to motivate dialogue have been the tonic during meetings, in various socio-educational workshops here at Dorcas. |

| Children and teenagers have been encouraged to respect their emotions, learning how to talk about them, as well as the importance of listening and being perceptive to others' pains. |

| On September 22, we had the graduation of the 2 robotics classes of the first semester, along with the presentation of the projects developed by the classes of the second semester: which we call the Robotics Show. |

| Exchange student Pelle Thomas Christian Garvs came to Brazil through a partnership with the Lutheran Church Brazil – Germany, for volunteer work in the Dorcas Project. |

Presentation at Clube Curitibano |

| On September 29, Pipa Amarela Choir and the Brass Group performed at Clube Curitibano, where the launch of Fundação Caminho de Davi - Vencendo Gigantes (David’s Path - Overcoming Giants) took place, which offers monthly workshops here at the Dorcas Project on storytelling with performance. |

| The foundation believes that this is a valuable tool to encourage children to read. |

| Dorcas Project is like a day care hospital for children and teenagers. It deals with bodies, minds and souls. It takes care of nutrition, health, education, values, feelings and emotions. It provides well-being, physical and emotional safety, restores wings to create freedom and make it possible to dream again. |
|
| With the death of the owner, the heirs put up for sale the land where the Dorcas Project currently operates. The sale is imminent! In addition, we were unable to serve more children due to lack of space (95 are already in the queue!!).
There is also no land for donation, according to the city hall of Almirante Tamandaré. |
