| In March, the Dorcas Scout Group had its activities focused on developing healthy communication among the youth and children. We also had activities to prepare for a camp that will take place at the end of April. |

The monitoring program is an opportunity for growth with the purpose of providing experience towards the search for a first job.
“Monitoring Dorcas” provides new discoveries for the teenagers who are enrolled, giving them commitment, and making them take on the responsibilities that come with their role. |

| Monitors’ roles are those of a social educator in several areas (sports, music, pedagogy, etc.). Our monitors receive follow-up courses, training, and support in planning their activities. |

Kimberly’s testimonial about it:
"It is an experience that fills us with pride, it is surreal. One hour ago you were participating in the activities, then an opportunity to teach the children arises and you have to prepare your classes in detail, teach those children, not to mention the love you feel for the them. When I arrive, I see those children calling me Teacher Kimberly, ahhh, it is so good! I didn't feel capable of teaching those children. Dorcas personnel kept saying that I was. Kids asking to participate in the classes is something that changes the way we think. I love what I do and I am very proud of myself. I have to be thankful for this opportunity”.

| Dorcas was awarded the “Caixa Da Vinci Project”. It's a mini lab atelier, which is better known as Leonardo Da Vinci's Box. One of the aspects that the Caixa Da Vinci methodology provides is the expansion of the teenager's view of the proposed experiences, as the idea is that he or she opens up to a new way of perceiving the contents, interacting and better understanding what is being addressed. |

Teenagers can take advantage of the various features that the box presents and use the materials available to create works of art. In this box there are a number of quality materials such as: T-shirts, mugs, paints, brushes, art books, printer, sublimation printer*, games, puzzles.

| We have many volunteers who work in different areas. Carlito is one of those volunteers who, in addition to fetching food at Mesa Brasil and taking the children on educational tours, was willing to get involved in painting the walls of Dorcas headquarters, giving more life and more color to the environment. |
