The GED is back with the grace of God!
After approval of a Return Plan by UEB (Union of Scouts of Brazil).

We have the Lobinho and Scout branches with the maximum allowed and we have a waiting list.
Taking all precautions, we return in a hybrid way with face-to-face activities!

| "Denarius What's Your Face?" |
|
Denarius is our currency here at Dorcas. In one of our meetings we asked ourselves what is the image that identifies the Denarius?
And the answer came from the children and teenagers who used their creativity and participated in the contest! |

The winner was 8-year-old Morgana who received her award on September 28th.
Children acquire the denarii with online and printed activities. |
|
| On September 28, children were able to participate in the bazaar, bought toys, books, chocolates, hygiene products, clothes, shoes and many other things. |
|
| This is the power of choice, it generates autonomy, makes dreams come true, educates financially... transformation! |

|
| Paraná Solidarity Action Award* |
|
On September 16, Dorcas received the certificate and the trophy of the Paraná Solidarity Action Award, which took place in 2020.
The Award recognizes voluntary and solidarity actions carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic.
We would like to thank everyone who helped us in this achievement.
* In Paraná (a state in the southern region of Brazil) is the city of Almirante Tamendaré, where the Dorcas Project has its headquarters. |

There will be five meetings on Monday afternoons,
with a duration of three hours.
On September 20th we started the Fuxico Course with Professora Romana.
Participants will learn techniques and molds of different types of fuxico learning how to apply on a pillow.
This course is aimed at teenagers and mothers from families served by Dorcas.
