On August 23, children aged 10 and 11 had their first robotics class with Professor Sandro Caetano.
Many questions that stimulated creativity and logical thinking.

Deliveries from the Solidarity Market
August 5th was the day to take care of the family!
The social service team monitors care and listens at all times. The Dorcas Solidarity Market delivered basic food baskets, honey biscuits and crackers.

Mothers' Meeting
"Who Cares for Me", August 12th and 13th.
We had a meeting with the caregivers of the children and adolescents participating in our PAICA: Comprehensive Care Program for Children and Teenagers.
It was a really fun time 😂 (as you can see from the photos). We played Pie in the Face 🥧 with questions and information that were super important for the progress of daily activities.
We reinforced agreements and especially the bond with families, our fundamental partners in the journey!
We had a raffle for prizes and the Denarius (Dorcas' currency) was used to buy items at our Clothing and Shoe Bazaar (adult and children) set up specifically for that day. ❤️👚🥾👟

Flu Vaccine
Prevention is part of the care at Dorcas!!
On August 27th, we had the flu vaccination day.
Laboratories Acesso, from Colombo, PR, donated and administered the vaccine to children, teenagers, families, employees and volunteers.
Solidarity Football
Event promoted by the Tamandaré Notícias Newspaper in partnership with the City Hall.
On August 24th, at the regular session of the City Council of Almirante Tamandaré, the food collected at this event was officially delivered.
In total, 500 kg of food was collected for Dorcas and will be distributed to more than 200 families who are welcomed by the Project.
