August was a month full of emotions. It is always incredibly nice to see the fruits of your great support and what we can achieve together for the children and young people. Reason enough for so much joy, isn't it?!
You probably already know the story of Adriano Trarbach, one of our students who is now studying music in Germany (if not, look here after a year and a half in Hamburg, Adriano finally visited us and played his first solo concert). |

| On August 9th we had a visit from conductor Raphael Haegen, the percussionist of the "Berlin Philharmonic". He was invited to Ingoldstadt as guest conductor of the "Orquestra Sinfônica do Paraná" and the youth exchange program "Sínodo Paranapanema" and took the time to visit us. |
|
But August also had sad moments. With a "see you soon" we said goodbye to our dear Prof. Paulo, who we are already missing very much. In the words of Prof. Giovana: "Warmth, care, selflessness, change and lots of laughter - that was your time with Dorcas, Paulo! We thank God for what we were able to learn from each other and for every seed that you planted here at Bonfim through love and faith!" Thank you for everything!

| On Saturday, August 24th, OpusMúltipla put a smile on the faces of the children and young people with hamburgers. For many, the first burgers of this kind! |

| On Sunday, August 25th, the team from our project "Bom de bola, bom na escola" - "Good with the ball, good in school" competed in the Futsal UESA LIGA tournament in the U11 and U13 categories. Keep it up! |

| To celebrate the Brazilian Volunteer Day on August 28th, we were invited to visit the beverage factory of the company "Ambev". There was a small performance by the brass band and at the end we even got a snack. A special day! |

| Friday of the month, August 30th, the YouTuber Kim RosaCuca came to visit us. On September 28th and 29th she will be organizing the "Bazar da Kim", the profits from which will go to Dorcas! |
